Had a wonderful 1 hour facial with Emma today at Ella Baché Chatswood. Gorgeous products that my 56 year old skin loves. Emma was extremely knowledgeable in the products that would best work for me and I really enjoyed my relaxing time here. I’ll be back again.

My first visit to this salon was a very positive experience. I had a facial and brow and eyelash tint with Maddie. It was excellent. Maddie was very focused on ensuring she used the right products for my skin and my skin has been great. Looking forward to the next one!

During my Christmas shopping I asked if they could fit me in and they kindly suggested I return in around half an hour to do my treatments. The staff were so understanding and my treatments were undertaken in an exceptionally professional manner.

I went in to get a tan in preparation for a wedding this weekend, I'm a bridesmaid and the dress is pastel pink, having quite light skin, I needed the tan in order to not look pasty. I came here because I had a good experience years ago for my wedding. I don't normally tan so this is still quite new to me. Few days ago, I had a different therapist, she was very lovely, however, the colour of the tan was not a good surprise. Two days later I ended up speaking with the therapist who did my tan years ago, she took my problem seriously along with another therapist, Maddison who worked hard to try and resolve my issue. I'm impressed by how they handled my situation and glad I also received aftercare information this time round. The colour is much better for my skin tone and much more even. 5 stars to these ladies :)

I had an awful experience at the Artarmon Ella Bache and called the Chatswood store to reshedule my appointment with them. Maddie went above and beyond after hearing what had happened to me and made me feel welcomed and relaxed from the get go. The massage was excellent and the facial really helped my dermatitus. The products for skin flare ups have worked overnight just as Maddie said they would! Would give ten stars if I could!
